Your use of the Site entails your responsibility for its proper usage. This involves complying with these T&C, the Honor Code, and all relevant local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and copyright laws, as well as adhering to any laws related to exporting technical data from your country of residence and all United States export control regulations.
By using OSHAA services, you commit not to engage in activities that may harm, disable, overburden, or compromise any OSHAA server or its associated network. You also agree not to disrupt the use and enjoyment of the Site by others. Unauthorized access attempts, such as hacking or password mining, are prohibited. You shall not seek to access Site materials or information through means not intentionally provided by OSHAA.

Failure to adhere to these T&C may lead to the suspension of your student account, at OSHAA's sole discretion. In the case of account suspension due to fraudulent or illegal activity, no refunds will be provided for purchases made.
To fully engage in Site activities, you must create a user account ("User Account") by providing your name, email address, and a user password. You undertake not to share your User Account access or information with third parties. While setting up your User Account, additional details may be required (e.g., address). You affirm that the information provided is accurate and current. You agree to maintain and update your information to ensure accuracy.

Unless specified as public domain, the content on the Site is protected by United States and foreign copyright laws. Course materials, texts, exams, videos, images, and other instructional materials provided with courses on the Site are for personal use within those courses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OSHAA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, instructors, students, governing board members, agents, and employees against any third-party claims, demands, actions, or expenses arising from your use of the Site. This includes claims for damages, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and all types of claims, losses, and suits.
Termination Rights:
OSHAA reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site for any reason, with or without notice. OSHAA may also modify course offerings or cease providing Site content or services. You retain the right to terminate your participation at any time. The granted rights will terminate upon Site use termination, except for surviving provisions.
Entire Agreement:
These T&C, the Honor Code, and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and OSHAA regarding Site usage, superseding prior agreements.
Waiver and Severability of T&C:
OSHAA's failure to enforce any right or provision in these TOS does not waive that right or provision. If a provision is found invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
Choice of Law/Forum Selection:
These T&C and any related claims will be governed by the laws. Claims and disputes will be heard and resolved in federal or state courts in U.S. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive objections to such proceedings.
